Lie to yourself and the rest of us, but deep down--if Bynum had been in there at 100%, or even 90%...the Lakers roll, and it's a known fact.
I_D...Agreed that getting this far wasn't expected by the critics...but as a Lakers fan, you always have to expect a playoff run and face time in the Finals ending in eventually holding up the trophy. The franchise is past the point of moral victories...nowadays, it's championship or bust, and they fell short.
BTW--I still find it HILARIOUS that a Suns fan with a Spurs avatar, and some other dude with a wrasslin' avatar is trying to brag on the Celtics and tell us about basketball. Keep guessing and eventually you might get it right...that's the spirit that's been embodied in both of them. Kudos for having no basketball knowledge but getting lucky picking a champ...that is, after being wrong on several other occasions--but let's not let facts get in the way of idiocy. </div></div>
When did i try and tell you about basketball?...I mentioned something on the MVP part, you have no answer to that so you must say what you did...A real MVP makes the players around him better, my fav player has 2 and thats why he does...it doesnt take a basketball genius which is what youre trying to make yourself out to be i, to figure that out

You've tried to tell all of us how basketball is supposed to be since the start of the playoffs...and even kept running your mouth AFTER your team was eliminated.
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">...I mentioned something on the MVP part, you have no answer to that so you must say what you did...</div></div>
I've told you a million times, Kobe deserved the MVP. His team had the better record and the better #'s...and in hindsight now--took his team deeper into the playoffs. Just because CP's a PG doesn't mean he "sets the table"...someone's got to make his shots on the other end for Paul to even be effective--he was surrounded by guys who had career seasons as well...so they're more to thank for Paul's accolades this past season than Paul is to thank for theirs.
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">A real MVP makes the players around him better, my fav player has 2 and thats why he does...it doesnt take a basketball genius which is what youre trying to make yourself out to be i, to figure that out</div></div>
Kobe has made his guys around him better. He draws more attention, they get more open shots. It's not his fault they didn't knock them down. Just like you praise Nash and CP3 for all the assists they get and "making their teammates better", if their teammates don't knock down the shots--guess what? They're not great PG's, they're a PG with average #'s on a bad shooting team.
I guarantee you that Nash, Paul, nor Kobe ever made a pass so great that one of their teammates had no choice but to make their shot. It's got to click on both ends. Basketball, even in the NBA is a TEAM sport.
I've drilled that thru your head on several threads...but you still don't seem to retain it and instead regurgitate the ESPN commentator's line about "making your teammates better". Good job.

Re: Game 6
Show me where I posted something about the NBA or when the playoffs started and put fact in front of it or really said it was absolute fact
Yeah youve said it a million times and the reason it doesnt sink in is because i dont believe it...he mightve deserved years past, maybe...took them deeper in the playoffs? what does that have to do with a regular season MVP?...he took a playoff team back to the playoffs...Paul took a team at the bottom and took them to the top by his play making...true, they finished what he started in the plays but he set them up pretty damn well throughout the season and knocked down a lot of shots
Maybe just maybe those commentators said something right when tthey said that...that is what an MVP does, i dont care what you say about it...An "MVP" doesnt [censored] like kobe does, wanting to desert his teammates at the beginning of the season and a MVP doesnt lead the league in technicals...so besides him being Kobe Bryant which was how this years MVP was chosen, he did not deserve it

Re: Game 6
Kobe is a 2 year old when it comes to complaining, and he will never win another title without another Shaq type star, cause plain and simple he is a horrible leader....
That being said, none of the above has anything to do with the MVP....And although Kobe wasn't an absolute clear favorite for the award, he deserved it just as much as Paul, Nash, or Lebron would have...
All the constant whining about Kobe getting the MVP actually reminds me of Kobe....Kinda like little girls, just like Kobe after a no call...
Get over it, Kobe is MVP, he deserved it...
Pierce has the MVP trophy that counts on his mantle...
